Philips Bosch DCN: Attendance Registration & Access Control
The Bosch DCN provides access control for additional security and registration of conference participants. Some of the features of this conference system are:
- Register delegates by means of chip card and/or PIN code;
- Use of biometrical readers such as fingerprint readers;
- Retrieval of present and/or absent list; and,
- Access control for each delegate.

DCN software modules allow electronic identification to be registered by conference participants by:
- Push button delegate units, enabling simple registration;
- Inserting an ID card into a card reader that can either be integrated into the microphone unit, or located at the conference venue entrance. This may be combined with delegate PIN numbers, for additional security;
- DCN Concentus units may be extended to incorporate a fingerprint reader, thus providing a higher level of security.
