The new KX-TDE is the IP version of the popular KX-TDA 100 and 200 PBX's. The KX-TDE supports the full range of current Panasonic KXTDA handsets. These can vary from all IP phones, to a mixture of IP, IP Softphones, digital, analogue and Dect. There is an inbuilt LAN port for connection to a customer LAN. There is also an inbuilt 2 channel voicemail for basic answer machine simulation.
If your existing KXTDA 100/200 is running version 3 software or later, it can easily be upgraded to a KX-TDE by replacing the existing main processor card. Systems running earlier versions of software will need upgrading to V3 before being able to be upgraded. The KXTDE operates on any standards based 10/100 mb network. Non IP phones will require a conventional wiring infrastructure.
The Panasonic KXTDE supports both SIP, ISDN and Analogue trunks. Multiple sites can be linked via an IP network thus facilitating the ability for customers to manage sites from any location.
Panasonics KX-NT136IP Phone supports the latest VoIP technology. IP phones, in conjunction with broadband internet access and affordable IP VPN routers, enable companies to offer remote employees seamless access to the corporate KX-TDE PBX from any location. All VoIP calls between the remote worker and the corporate KX-TDE are 'free', regardless of location.
