Installation and Maintenance Services

Telecom Solutions provide an installation service for a wide range of telephone systems, including 'cable only'. Data cabling services are detailed under Structured Cabling. All installation services are subject to individual quotation.

Maintenance Levels

Nationwide Contractual maintenance can be provided in association with our strategic partner.

  1. Monday to Friday
    • 9 am to 5 pm (Bank Holidays excluded)
    • System Failure in excess of 20%
    • 4 working hour response/Minor faults 16 working hours response
  2. Monday to Saturday
    • 9 am to 5 pm (Bank Holidays excluded)
    • System Failure in excess of 20%
    • 4 working hour response/Minor faults 16 working hours response
  3. 365 Days a year, 24 hours a day
    • With out exception. System failure in excess of 20%
    • 4 working hour response/Minor faults 16 working hours response
  4. Monday to Friday
    • 9 am to 5 pm (Bank Holidays excluded)
    • Any level of system failure/4 working hours response
  5. Custom Solutions, not covered by the standard categories can be provided, subject to individual quotation
